The purpose of the Wisconsin HOMEOWNERS Alliance (WHA) is to protect peoples' property rights, home values, and the real estate market - issue by issue - on a statewide and local basis. Our goal is to educate you on issues that affect homeownership and property owners’ rights.

And ... the Alliance will ADVOCATE on these issues - through media, and through grassroots actions like phone calling campaigns and even citizen rallies when needed. This is all done in an effort to keep state and local officials, school boards, and the public aware of how proposed policies could help - or hurt - housing and property ownership.
